BotBanao provides an AI chatbot creation platform for businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• You must provide accurate and complete registration and website URL information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to embed chatbots only on authorized domains configured in your account security settings.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or automated API spamming activities.

4. Payment and Billing

Certain aspects of the Service are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your selected subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

BotBanao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
