1. Overview

At BotBanao, we aim to deliver exceptional AI chatbot software services to Indian businesses. We offer a Free Forever Plan (1 Chatbot, 100 messages/month) so you can thoroughly test our platform and AI features before deciding to upgrade to a paid Pro or Business plan.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your active paid subscription (Pro or Business) at any time without any hidden cancellation fees.

• Cancellation can be requested by emailing our support team at contactlobdas@gmail.com or directly through the User Dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle.
• No further automatic billing or recurring charges will occur after cancellation.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Refund Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our platform. If you are unsatisfied with your paid subscription for any technical issue or service quality reason, you are entitled to a full refund under our 7-day policy:

• Within 7 Days: You can claim a 100% full refund if your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from your original payment/upgrade date.
• After 7 Days: Refund requests made after 7 days from the transaction date are not eligible for a refund. However, you can still cancel to prevent future charges.
• BYO API Discounted Plans: Paid subscriptions activated under the "Use Own API Key" discounted pricing mode are also covered under the 7-day money-back guarantee.

4. How Refund Processing & Settlement Works

To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to contactlobdas@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]".
2. Include your Payment Transaction ID (Txn ID) received during checkout via PhonePe.
3. Once verified and approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment instrument (UPI, Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card) via PhonePe Payment Gateway within 5 to 7 business days.
